Marta Luna Valpiana (Verona,1991) gradueted with a Bachelor of Visual Arts from IUAV in Venice. A sensibility for the natural world appears soon in her works. In Milan she continues the studies at IED in Visual Arts for the Digital Age. In 2021 she completes her second Master's degree in Futuro Vegetale at the University of Florence, combining her interest in art with the plant world. Marta Luna Valpiana creates fluid and interconnected landscapes, in which the inseparable and visceral relationship that connects human beings to nature is revealed in multiple forms. She has exhibited in several group shows, including Blusehouse in Milan, Play_Act at Palazzo Gravina, Naples, Italy and Future Deserts at Salbker Wasserturm, Germany. She has participated in international residencies such as Savvala or LIOS Lab.
Currently she lives and works in Milan, Italy.
